First, let's define Virtual Assistance, and then I'll tell you more about what it's like working with me.

Virtual Assistance may seem like a fairly new profession, but there have been professional Virtual Assistants since the 80's. And more business owners are catching onto it! A Virtual Assistant (or a VA) is a business owner who provides administrative and personal support in long-term and collaborative relationships. A VA frees you up to do more of what you love and do best.

A Virtual Assistant is not an employee. A professional VA collaborates with you in your business to provide you with the specific services that you need. Services offered vary between each VA. To see a list of those that I provide, click here.

A VA's time is 100% productive. You don't pay for their down-time, lunch breaks, or sick time. Therefore, it seems like there are more minutes in a VA's hour.

A VA works virtually from their own home office. You don't provide office space or equipment. VAs use the Internet, email, fax, and phone to communicate with clients and to complete tasks.

How It Works:

I, myself, am a business owner, so I can relate to you. My business is assisting others. I do it because I love it. I can't help helping.

I prefer to work with ambitious small business owners, coaches, and entrepreneurs. My ideal client can easily afford my fees, and is someone who respects my values and who also knows how to delegate or is willing to learn. I have worked with all sorts of professionals such as realtors, coaches, pastors, and musicians! As you can see, I have a very diverse list of clientele, but all of my clients have one quality in common: they are "go-getters".

My working style is laid-back, but professional. I treat every client like they are my only client.

Who Can Benefit From Hiring a VA:

Coaches, small business owners, consultants, realtors, lawyers, entrepreneurs, entertainment business professionals, and any other professional who is hassled for time.

Benefits Of Hiring a VA vs. a Traditional Employee:
  • You don’t have to provide office space or equipment.
  • You don’t have to pay employee taxes or benefits such as insurance or sick days.
  • I am an independent contractor. You only pay for a certain amount of hours each month, so you’ll know that you are paying me for specifically doing your work and not sitting around chatting on the job or taking bathroom breaks.
  • Working with a virtual assistant is like gaining a business a partner. A good VA will give you the support you need to further the success of your business.

What’s your next step? Give me a call or send me an email. We’ll discuss your needs for a Virtual Assistant and how we can work together to form a long-lasting partnership!
